403 Industrial Blvd was acquired in March 2022 as part of Leifer’s small bay industrial acquisition strategy. The building is 5,000 SF and is located at the intersection of Willow Springs Road and Industrial Blvd.  The acquisition was an off-market sale-leaseback at market rents. Leifer’s long term strategy is to repurpose the building as F&B retail or creative office aligning with the transition of the St Elmo area from an industrial to mixed-use neighborhood
