The 8th annual event will take place on Saturday, September 7 from 2-5pm. Over four dozen restaurants, shops and galleries will open their doors and invite the community to sample their offerings. There will be beer gardens, multiple bands playing, dance performances, obstacles courses, boat rides, slides, balloons, bouncy houses, Tae Kwan Do demonstrations, a maker’s faire, and the ability to tour the fire house.
Leifer Properties, with Westport commercial retail and office space to rent all throughout the town, has supported many local 2019 summer experiences such as the Fine Arts Festival with the Downtown Merchants Association, the Levitt Pavilion summer series, and even the recent Blues & Views Festival. As summer comes to a close, the company has continued its’ dedication to support the Westport business community by being one of the sponsors at this weekend’s Slice of Sauguatuck, organized by the Westport Weston Chamber of Commerce.
Tickets are $15 (or 2 for $25) and $5 for children, with proceeds donated to Homes for Hope, Gillespie Center Food Pantry.
Join the crowd in Saugatuck this weekend for a fun day of food, drink and activity. And while in town, be sure to check out Leifer Properties’ commercial property to lease in Westport at 15 Ketchum Street. With quiet offices located near the center of the action, these spaces allow tenants to enjoy the convenient restaurants, stroll to the river, and even hop over one block to Metro North for an effortless commute.
