Our Team
Roger Leifer
Roger has been practicing real estate law and developing beautiful office spaces in Westport, CT since 1978. He serves on the Boards of the Westport County Playhouse, Westport’s Levitt Pavilion and the Westport Downtown Merchants Association. In addition, he served on the Building Committees for the new Westport Country Playhouse, the Conservative Synagogue, the Dressing Room Restaurant, and the Compo Beach Playground. Roger attended Columbia College, London School of Economics and Harvard Law School.
Max Leifer
Max Leifer is a Principal at Leifer Properties and leads the firm’s new market acquisition and developments. Prior to Leifer Properties, Max was a partner at Deco Capital, The South Florida operating partner of RWN, Mark Rowan’s family office. While at Deco, Max sourced and evaluated investment and development opportunities throughout South Florida.
Max started his career at CBRE where he completed the Wheel Program, a rigorous 14 months rotational program throughout CBRE’s various business lines. Max was an associate in CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio sale group where he assisted in the sale of over $7B in performing and nonperforming loans and REO.
Alex Weinrich
Alex Weinrich is a Director at Leifer Properties and is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, deal execution, and asset management for the company. Prior to joining Leifer in 2021, Mr. Weinrich helped lead acquisitions and asset management in major markets and across multiple property types for New York-based fund Dune Real Estate Partners. Prior to Dune, Mr. Weinrich covered Northeast acquisitions for PGIM Real Estate, Prudential’s real estate investment management arm. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Our Roots: Westport, CT
Westport, Connecticut is conveniently located 45 miles from New York City and borders Long Island Sound in the heart of Fairfield County.
